BRIEF OVERVIEW
The recipients received a second mortgage loan funded through Hernando County’s State Housing Initiatives Partnership Program (SHIP) and given to qualified homebuyers.
Payment was received from the following recipients, and a Satisfaction of Mortgage for each is presented for Board approval:
• Madeline Colon - 9442 Chase Street, Spring Hill - $5,000.00
• Victoria L. Hamilton - 10196 Semple Street, Brooksville - $8,000.00
• Matthew Hirchak & Angelique M. Hirchak - 7464 Acorn Circle - $24,477.00
Funds in the amount of $30.00 were also provided to pay for the cost of recording.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Revenue in the amount of $37,477.00 to:
Fund: B133 - State Housing Initiatives Partnership , Account 3699030 - Miscellaneous Revenue Other
Expenses in the amount of $30.00 to satisfy the cost of recording to:
Fund: B133 - State Housing Initiatives Partnership, Account 202000 - Accounts Payable

It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached satisfactions of mortgages.
