Amendment to Ground Lease Agreement With Wolfswood Holdings, LLC, for Improvements Located at 15471 Technology Drive at Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport

BRIEF OVERVIEW
On November 16, 2021, the Board approved a long-term land lease with Wolfswood Holdings, LLC for the new Pem-Air facility at the Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport. The following amendments to their lease have been requested:
• Update name to reflect Wolfswood Holdings, LLC a Florida Limited Liability Company
• Update legal description of the property and survey since completion of Telcom & Technology Drive extension
• Update Non-Exclusive Perpetual easement language based upon the updated survey
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Airport’s revenue will not be impacted.
LEGAL NOTE
Reviewed and approved for form and sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office. The Board is authorized to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the amendment to the Aviation Ground Lease Agreement between Hernando County and Wolfswood Holdings, LLC.
