BRIEF OVERVIEW
The State Road Canal Maintenance Dredge Project No. 2 was awarded by the Board on February 8, 2022, Doc. Id. No. 19336 to Waterfront Property Services, LLC, d/b/a Gator Dredging in the amount of $164,990.00.
Change Order One (1) was for updated surveys and additional dredging services, increasing the Contract by $19,562.00 from $164,990.00 to $184,552.00.
Change Order Two (2) was for a no-cost time extension of the final completion date from August 4, 2022, to August 11, 2022, for dredging and a second no-cost time extension from August 4, 2022, to November 1, 2022, for vegetation plantings to allow for stabilization to occur within the canal.
Change Order Three (3) is for a reduction to actual materials used, decreasing the Contract by $47,656.00 from $184,552.00 to $136,896.00.
The Final Contract amount is $136,896.00 (PO No. 22000609).
The work has been completed and Waterfront Property Services, LLC, d/b/a Gator Dredging has submitted its Final Pay Application No. Two (2) in the amount of $18,719.80.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Funding in the amount of $18,719.80 is available in the following accounts:
• 0011-01461-5305263-111869 General Fund, Aquatic Services, Uncapitalized Improvements $12,500.00
• 0011-2050231 General Fund, Retainage $6,219.80

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve final pay request No. Two (2) in the amount of $18,719.80 to Waterfront Property Services, LLC, d/b/a Gator Dredging to close out Contract No. 22-C00012/DK for State Road Canal Maintenance Dredge Project No. 2.
The final Contract amount is $136,896.00, a Contract amount decrease of $28,094.00 to BOCC award.
