BRIEF OVERVIEW
Housing and Supportive Services requested a twelve-month extension on April 9, 2026, for the completion of Small Cities Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Contract Number 23DB-H08 from Florida Commerce. This extension will allow for an expiration date of July 31, 2027.
Florida Commerce drafted Modification No. 2 for the subgrant agreement and electronically presented it to Commissioner Campbell for signature via Docusign on July 16, 2026. Commissioner Campbell viewed and electronically signed the document July 20, 2026.
