County Administrator Jeffrey Rogers signed on behalf of Chairman Champion due to being under a State of Emergency and that the Board of County Commissioners needs to ratify the documents for the record.  These documents needed to be executed by October 1, 2022.

It is recommended that the Board ratify the actions taken by County Administrator Jeffrey Rogers during the State of Emergency declared for Hurricane Ian relating to the Hernando County LPPF.
