The recipients below received a second mortgage loan funded through Hernando County’s State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program for either down payment assistance or housing rehabilitation. Payment was received for the loans and a Satisfaction of Mortgage for each is presented for Board approval:
• Shawnee L. Briggs - 4361 Candler Ave., Spring Hill - in the amount of $6,550.00
• Roscoe J. Holly, Jr. & Tammy M. Holly - 1451 Godfrey Ave., Spring Hill - in the amount of $10,000.00
Funds in the amount of $20.00 were collected to pay for the cost of recording.
