BRIEF OVERVIEW
During employment with Hernando County and Emergency Services, Michael Stucchio sustained a compensable work-related injury.
Both parties have reached mutual agreement for complete settlement of the claim. Until the case is officially closed, the details of the settlement are part of current litigation and therefore considered confidential pursuant to Florida Statutes 440.125 and 119.071(1)(d)(1).
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The settlement will be paid under Workers Compensation Self-Insured Fund 5031-08101-5304510.
