On August 5, 2025, the Board of County Commissioners upheld the determination made by the Administrative Official to remove the non-conforming use for Parcel Key No. 381722 as petitioned by Jason Morphet and Ayleen Gallahue (File No. 1506295).
The attached resolution ratifies and affirms this determination.
