BRIEF OVERVIEW
On August 30, 2023, the Procurement Department issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ No. 23-RFQ00422/AP) for continuing Professional Engineering Services seeking firms qualified to provide comprehensive general professional architectural, civil engineering, planning, and consulting services.
The solicitation was sent to two thousand eight hundred thirty-three (2,833) contractors and downloaded by eighty-nine (89).

The Procurement Selection Committee (PSC) comprised of D. Todd Crosby, PE (Assistant County Engineer), Laura A. Borgesi, PE (DPW Traffic Engineer) and Donald Carey, PE (DPW Stormwater Engineer) met on November 9, 2023, for consensus evaluation resulting in the following ranking of firms:
