BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) is considered a tenant in good standing since 2018 and wishes to continue their agreement with the County through Modification No. 3 of their lease. The term of Modification No. 3 to Lease No. 710-0266 is one (1) year with an annual rental rate of $18,018.00.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Airport will continue to receive annual revenue of $18,018.00 in Account 4311-07411-3620024 (Lease-Airport Hangars).
LEGAL NOTE
Reviewed and approved for form and sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office. The Board is authorized to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached Agreement for Modification No. 3 for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement use of T-Hangars No. 46 and No. 48.
