Jesse Kolberg conducted an Eagle Scout project to establish over twenty (20) Life Ring Stations throughout the Parks and Waterways in Hernando County. These stations provide the necessary tools to assist in preventing drowning occurrences. Jesse Kolberg’s initiative in this program helps lead to a safer recreational use of our parks and waterways.
