BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Deltona Boulevard Sidewalk (Elgin Boulevard to SR 50) - Local Agency Program (LAP) Project was awarded by the Board on April 12, 2022, Doc Id. No. 19539, to Augustine Construction, Inc., in the amount of $207,580.70.
Change Order No. One (1) was for a change order revision to the original purchase order at no cost to the County.
Change Order No. Two (2) is for field revisions increasing the Contract amount by $78,480.42 from $207,580.70 to $286,061.12.
The final Contract amount is $286,061.12 (PO No. 22000788).
The work has been completed and Augustine Construction, Inc., has submitted its Final Pay Application No. Two (2) in the amount of $105,085.55.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Funding in the amount of $105,085.55 is available in the following accounts:
• 1013-03211-5616371 - Constitutional Gas Tax, Improv-Sidewalks, ($95,560.52)
• 1013-2050202 - Constitutional Gas Tax, Retainage, ($9,525.03)

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve final pay request No. Two (2) in the amount of $105,085.55 to Augustine Construction, Inc., to close out Contract No. 22-CG0024/DK for Deltona Boulevard Sidewalk (Elgin Boulevard to SR 50) - LAP Project.
The final Contract amount is $286,061.12, a Contract amount increase of $78,480.42 over BOCC award.
