BRIEF OVERVIEW
Grant Agreement No. LPA0109 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and Hernando County was approved by the BOCC on April 13, 2021, (Item 18089). The agreement has a grant agreement end date of June 30, 2026, and a construction task end date of December 31, 2025. Amendment No. 1 to LPA0109 was prepared by FDEP to revise the grant agreement expiration date to September 30, 2027, revise the grant work plan Construction task end date to March 31, 2027, update to the new FDEP Grant Manager and update standard grant language.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. LPA0109 between FDEP and Hernando County.
