The Petitioner has requested to rezone the subject property from PDP(SF)/ Planned Development Project (Single Family) to PDP(OP)/Planned Development Project (Office Professional) to allow for the establishment of a small realty office. The hours of operation will be from 9:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, closed weekends and holidays. The proposed business will operate within the existing structure.

LEGAL NOTE
The Planning and Zoning Commission has jurisdiction to make a recommendation on the subject application. The Applicable Criteria for Planned Development Projects are contained in Appendix A, (Zoning Code) Article VIII. The Zoning District Amendment to the Planned Development District and applicable PDP master plan must be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan.

It is recommended that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend the Board of County Commissioners adopt a resolution approving the petitioner’s request for a Rezoning from PDP(SF)/ Planned development Project (Single Family) to PDP(OP)/ Planned development Project (Office Professional) with performance conditions.
