Revocable License Agreement With Flightpath Aviation Services, Inc., for Use of Overflow Aircraft Parking at Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport

BRIEF OVERVIEW
Flightpath Aviation Services is a tenant in good standing and currently leases a County owned corporate hangar located at 2103 American Flyer Way. In May of 2021, the company entered into a license agreement with Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport (BKV) to lease an additional parking area located on the south side of the airport for overflow aircraft parking. The original license agreement has expired and Flightpath Aviation Services, Inc., requested to continue to license the parking area, along with a separate additional area as noted on Exhibit A. This Revocable License Agreement will expire on December 31, 2023.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Airport will receive annual revenue in the amount of $9,000.00 in Account 4311-07411-3699023 - Misc Rev-License Agmt Fees.
LEGAL NOTE
Reviewed and approved for form and sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office. The Board is authorized to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport Revocable License Agreement with Flightpath Aviation Services, Inc., for overflow aircraft parking.
