BRIEF OVERVIEW
Since the prior lease of office space to Hernando/Citrus Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) will expire on June 30, 2024, a new lease is needed. The area is approximately 1,090 square feet within the building that houses the Building Division, 789 Providence Boulevard. An annual base rent of $12,535.00 will be paid in twelve (12) equal monthly installments on the first day of each month. Rental rate is based on a charge of $11.50 per square foot of space.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Revenue: 12 equal payments of $1,044.58
Fund: 4611 - Hern County Development Services, Revenue Account: 3620020 - lease rent.
