Reimbursement Agreement Between Hernando County Water and Sewer District and SIG Spring Hill Commercial, LLC, for County Line Road Force Main Extension Project

BRIEF OVERVIEW
SIG Spring Hill Commercial, LLC is developing a commercial subdivision along County Line Road west of Mariner Boulevard. Hernando County Utilities Department (HCUD) has sewer infrastructure in the vicinity capable of providing sewer service to this project.
As part of the agreement, HCUD has agreed to reimburse the Developer $298,827.00 for the construction costs incurred by the Developer to oversize the project’s sewer force main to a 12-inch which is required by HCUD. The force main will start at the force main in County Line Road and run north approximately 390 feet to the lift station that will service the commercial development. HCUD will reimburse the Developer once work has been completed, inspected, tested and accepted by HCUD.

No financial impact at this time.

It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached Reimbursement Agreement for SIG Spring Hill Commercial, LLC force main extension project.
