BRIEF OVERVIEW
Hawk Sunrise LLC, is currently constructing the Sunrise Development in Hernando County. This Perpetual Utility Easement to be located on Key No. 1843535 is needed to provide water for the development and will grant Hernando County Water and Sewer District (HCUD) access to the water main for repairs, maintenance and upgrades as needed.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board accept the Perpetual Utility Easement from Hawk Sunrise LLC. Once accepted, the document shall be recorded in public records by the Hernando County Clerk of Court.
