BRIEF OVERVIEW
AHST 438, LLC has requested a ground lease agreement with the County for property located at 15216-15222 Telcom Boulevard located at the Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport. The site encompasses 106,932 square feet (mol) and AHST 438, LLC will be developing a facility containing 19,800 square feet of interior floor space, together with certain improvements. The ground lease term is thirty (30) years with the option of two (2) ten (10) year additional extensions.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Airport’s revenue will increase annually by $35,287.56:

It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached Ground Lease Agreement between Hernando County and AHST 438, LLC for improvements located at 15216-15222 Telcom Drive at Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport.
