BRIEF OVERVIEW
Final Close-Out of Contract with Top Line Recreation, Inc., for Playground Equipment at Delta Woods Park Project awarded by the Board on February 28, 2023, Doc Id. No. 11835, to Top Line Recreation, Inc., in the amount of $229,892.35.

Funding in the amount of $232,892.35 is available in Account No. 0011-04441-5606301 (Improv-Greater Than 50,000) in the amount of $232,892.34.

The Board has the authority to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve final pay Request No. One (1) in the amount of $232,892.35 to Top Line Recreation, Inc., to close out the playground equipment project at Delta Woods Park Project under Contract No. 22-PC0148/DK.
The Final Contract amount is $232,892.35, an increase of $3,000.00 from BOCC award.
