BRIEF OVERVIEW

Contract No. 32912 with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services has been amended to align with Tier Change - State Funds Increase. 

 

FINANCIAL IMPACT

The following revenue and expense will be increased by $7,733, with the approval of the attached budget amendment.

 

Revenue:

Expense:

The Board is authorized to act upon this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

 

recommendation

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached FY 2025-2026 Amendment of the State Financial Recipient Agreement No. 32912 with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to reflect the increased award.  It is further recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached associated budget resolution.
