BRIEF OVERVIEW
KLD Partnership entered into a Lease Agreement at Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport in 1984. The partnership was dissolved, and the Lease was assigned to Fred J. LeHeup and his wife Nita L. LeHeup in 1998. Since the passing of both Mr. and Mrs. LeHeup, their son Randall LeHeup was appointed the personal representative of the Estate of Nita L. LeHeup. As the representative of the estate, Randall LeHeup wishes to further assign the Lease and the interest of the Lessee to a newly formed Florida Limited Liability Company known as LeHeup Property Management, LLC.

There is no financial impact.
