BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Hernando County Utilities Department has entered into an agreement with Hawk Lake Hideaway, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, to establish a Water Treatment Plant (WTP) on a portion of Parcel Key No. 343131 in accordance with the County's 2022 Development Agreement for Lake Hideaway.

Staff recommends the contract to purchase property located east of Commercial Way and south of Hexam Road, owned by Hawk Lake Hideaway, LLC in the amount of $190,000.00 be approved.

The Legal Description is as follows:

A parcel of land lying in and being a part of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 8, Township 22 South, Range 18 East, Hernando County, Florida and being more particularly described as follows:

Commence at the Northwest corner of said Southeast 1/4 of Section 8, Township 22 South, Range 18 East, Hernando County, Florida; Thence South 00? 17' 26" East, along the West boundary of said Southeast 1/4, 100.00 feet to the South right-of-way line of Hexam Road; Thence North 89? 49' 53" East, along said right-of-way line, 325.00 feet; Thence South 00? 17' 26" East, 30.00 feet to the point of beginning; Thence North 89? 49' 53" East, 650.00 feet; Thence South 00? 17' 26" East, 125.00 feet; Thence South 89? 49' 53" West, 325.00 feet; Thence South 00? 17' 26" East, 465.00 feet; Thence South 89? 49' 53" West, 325.00 feet; Thence North 00? 17' 26" West, 590.00 feet to the point of beginning.
