BRIEF OVERVIEW
The current lease has expired for the Corporate Hangar located at 16308 Flight Path Drive and Sentinel Services Group, LLC would like to enter into a 5-year lease with rental rates for each year of the term as specified below.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Airport will receive annual revenue paid in equal monthly installments, along with any other required taxes and fees, in the amounts stated below and recognized in:
Fund: 4311 - Airport/Industrial Park, Account: 3620024 - Lease-Airport Hangars.
LEGAL NOTE
This Board is authorized to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached Corporate Hangar Lease Agreement with Sentinel Services Group, LLC for the lease of the Corporate Hangar located at 16308 Flight Path Drive.
