BRIEF OVERVIEW

Crystal Archbold Rinestine & Gage Alexander Rinestine have submitted a petition to vacate two (2) internal 7.5’ utility and drainage easements within Lots 2 and 3, Block 23, Ridge Manor Estates Unit 3 as recorded in the Plat Book 10, Page 94, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida, located at 35465 Pinon Drive. The vacation is sought in order to construct a home. All affected utilities and County departments have indicated no objection to the request.

LEGAL NOTE

The Board has the authority to approve the petition to vacate easements pursuant to County Policy No. 19-07 and Section 177.01, Florida Statutes

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Board take public comment on the request, approve the vacation of the easements, and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the related resolution, after which it will be recorded in the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
