BRIEF OVERVIEW
On January 1, 2024, the BOCC approved award of Contract No. 23-TSS00419 to Dobbs Equipment LLC. for Outside Repairs as needed for $100,000.00 annual spend.
The purchase order was originally issued for $5,000.00. Change order No. 8 in the amount of $12,454.77, would increase the Purchase Order to $162,069.28.
Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $11,968.21 was CPO approved on January 9, 2026, for Additional repairs.
Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $5,000.00 was CPO on March 25, 2026, for Additional repairs.
Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $26,000.00 was CPO approved on April 15, 2026, for Additional repairs as needed.
Change Order No. 4 in the amount of $68,000.00 was CPO approved on August 13, 2026, for Additional repairs as needed.
Change Order No. 5 in the amount of $10,000.00 was CPO approved on August 27, 2026, for Additional repairs as needed.
Change Order No. 6 in the amount of $20,000.00 was CPO approved on September 9, 2026, for Additional repairs as needed.
Change Order No. 7 in the amount of $3,646.30 was CPO approved on October 1, 2026, for Additional repairs as needed.
Hernando County Fleet Department has requested an increase of $12,454.77 on Purchase Order No. 26000022 to pay the final invoice of FY26 for the repair of John Deere 1050K. Fleet also requests an increase to the annual spend on Contract No. 23-TSS00419 for an estimated $150,000.00 per year.
