Interlocal Agreement With Benton Hills Community Development District for Escheated Properties

BRIEF OVERVIEW
On April 26, 2022, the Board approved an ordinance establishing the Benton Hills Community Development District (CDD). At that time the Board requested the applicant enter into an agreement with the County governing escheated properties within the Benton Hills CDD. Attached is the agreement for approval by the Board and execution by the Board Chairman.

The Board has the authority to consider this item under Chapters 125 and 190, Florida Statutes.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached interlocal agreement for escheated properties with the Benton Hills Community Development District.
