BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Hernando County Water and Sewer District (HCUD) has been requested to grant a perpetual easement to the Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative (WREC) at HCUD’s Braewood Mobile Home Park (MHP) lift station facility located on Heckleman Street (Key 38462). The easement gives WREC access to the newly installed electrical equipment as deemed necessary to ensure continuous operation of the Braewood MHP lift station.

There is no financial impact.

The Board has the authority to hear this item pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached Easement to Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative.
