Special Exception Use Permit for a Pigeon Aviary

North side of Covent Garden Road, approximately 325’ west of Wren Road
BOCC Action:
On July 30, 2024, the Board of County Commissioners, as the “housing provider,” voted 4-1 to approve the petitioner’s request for a Reasonable Accommodation for a Pigeon Aviary in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Administration Act and the State’s Fair Housing Act via a Special Exception Use Permit with performance conditions.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board adopt and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached resolution ratifying the Board’s approval of the petitioner’s request for a Special Exception Use Permit for a Pigeon Aviary nunc pro tunc to July 30, 2024.
