BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Hernando Park Tennis Court Resurfacing and Pickle-Ball Conversion Project was awarded by the Board on March 28, 2023, Doc Id. No. 11967, to Seggie Custom Builders, LLC in the amount of $71,682.20. This project is under Contract No. 23-C00026/GL.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve final pay Request No. Three (3) in the amount of $6,751.51 to Seggie Custom Builders, LLC to close out Hernando Park Tennis Court Resurfacing and Pickle-Ball Conversion Project under Contract No. 23-C00026/GL.
The final Contract amount is $71,682.20, no changes from BOCC award amount.
