BRIEF OVERVIEW
Hernando County enacted an ordinance establishing the Cabot Citrus Farms Community Development District (“District”) as a special unit of local government to design, finance, construct, own, and operate public infrastructure needed to support the development of the Cabot Citrus Farms community in Hernando County.
Hernando County entered into an Interlocal Agreement with the District. Pursuant to Section 4.01(B) of that Interlocal Agreement, the District is required to provide Hernando County with a report related to the bonds in that Interlocal Agreement.
A copy of the report and other required documentation has been provided to Hernando County.
