BRIEF OVERVIEW
Continental 620 Fund, LLC has given Hernando County Utilities Department (HCUD) two easements which grant HCUD access for future maintenance, repair, upgrades, etc. for the two 8-inch master water meter assemblies that serve the Authentix Suncoast Apartments being constructed at 260 Coast Drive (Parcel ID No. R35 423 18 0000 0200 0020).
