BRIEF OVERVIEW
On October 31, 2024, Hernando County Administration submitted a request to the Procurement Department to piggyback Sourcewell Contract No. 090320-TTI, to provide Software and Services for various County Departments and Entities with a contract expiration of November 2, 2025.
The initial term of this Agreement is equal to five (5) years, commencing on the first day of the first month following the Effective Date as stated in the Tyler Software Service Agreement . Upon expiration of the initial term, this Agreement will renew automatically for an additional one (1) year renewal term.
Hernando County is requesting the use of this contract for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Permitting & Licensing (EPL) Software and Related Services for Hernando County Departments and Entities with Tyler Technologies, in the estimated annual spend amount of $819,573.00, Estimated One-Time spend amount $2,202,715.00 and a total estimated spend of $6,299,320.00.
