BRIEF OVERVIEW

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board review the Administrative Official's determination to support this variance and decide whether a dimensional hardship exists for the subject site. If the Board determines that a dimensional hardship exists for the subject site and that the prescribed setbacks are not averse to neighboring parcels, the Board should approve the Administrative Official's decision by adopting the attached approval resolution. Should the Board, however, determine that the Administrative Official's approval is not justified, it should adopt the attached denial.
