BRIEF OVERVIEW
The attached License Agreement between Hernando County and Prime-88, Inc., is for the use of a portion of the Hernando County Utilities Department (HCUD) parking lot at 15365 Cortez Boulevard as overflow parking. The parking area will only be used when HCUD is closed and not during normal business hours.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Prime-88, Inc., agrees to pay Hernando County $1,000.00 annually, for the use of the Hernando County Utilities Department parking area.
LEGAL NOTE
The Board is authorized to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve the attached Revocable License Agreement between Hernando County and Prime-88, Inc., for the use of a portion of the Hernando County Utilities Department parking lot for overflow parking and authorize the Chairman’s signature thereon.
