Received the attached email from Barbara Sprague, CEO/Executive Director of Community Food Bank, notifying that the Community Food Bank is withdrawing its proposal to lease and redevelop the property located at 201 W. Martin Luther King Boulevard for the Rise Empowerment Center due to community conflict in the surrounding area.
The Community Food Bank still remains committed to finding a more suitable location to provide resources, support and end hunger.
