BRIEF OVERVIEW
These projects are American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funded. $2,000,000.00 is funded for SR 50 and Grove Road. $330,000.00 was estimated and budgeted for design services in FY23 with a balance of $1,670,000.00 budgeted in FY24 for Construction.
The Design services actual cost is $495,462.00. The additional $165,462.00 is needed to cover the overage. $1,500,000.00 is funded for US 41 FM, Ayers Road to Runway Drive. $118,000.00 was estimated and budgeted for design services in FY23 with the balance of $1,382,000.00 in FY24 for construction. The design services actual cost is $329,290.00. The additional $211,290.00 is needed to cover the overage.

Increase Fed Grt-CFDA 21.027 SLFRF Revenue Account 4121-33596-3895590 by $165,462.00 and Account 4133-33594-3895590 by $211,290.00 and IMPROV-Sewer Line Upgrade Expenditure Account 4121-33596-5626322 by $165,462.00 and Account 4133-33594-5626322 by $211,290.00.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached budget resolution for Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) 111805, SR 50 and Grove Road Force Main Project and Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) 111886, US 41 Force Main, Ayers Road to Runway Drive Project.
