BRIEF OVERVIEW
The recipients below received a second mortgage loan funded through Hernando County’s State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program for either down payment assistance or housing rehabilitation. Payment was received for the loans and a Satisfaction of Mortgage for each is presented for Board approval:
• Diana M. Weeks - 9297 Pickens St., Spring Hill - in the amount of $18,525.00
• Michael D. & Joyce A. Almeida - 1252 Garret Ave, Spring Hill - in the amount of $5,000.00
• Nell Horner - 8511 Hillcrest Dr., Brooksville - in the amount of $22,948.50
Funds in the amount of $30.00 were also collected to pay for the cost of recording.
