BRIEF OVERVIEW
Civil Site Contractors, Inc., is a contractor performing services at the Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport. They have requested temporary use of a portion of property located at the airport for dirt and concrete stockpiling, concrete crushing, tree burning, and storage of equipment and associated materials related to Airport construction projects. The license agreement is for 365 days from the start date with no renewals.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Airport will receive an annual revenue of $33,116.44 in Account No. 4311-07411-3699023 Airport Miscellaneous Revenue-License Agreement Fees.
