BRIEF OVERVIEW
Acquire one (1) Multihog multi-purpose CV sweeper for paved surfaces FOD (foreign object debris) removal. Equipment has multiple attachments that can be purchased. Specifically, vacuum and pavement marking striper. Currently, debris removal is frequently delayed as equipment must be borrowed/rented.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Airport’s revenue will increase by $123,200 in Account No. 4311-34297-3896001, St Grant-FDOT 55.004 CAP and $30,800 local Transfer/Grant Match: total grant = $154,000. Expenditures will increase $154,000 in Account No. 4311-34297-5626401. Matching funds of $30,800 will come from Account No. 4311-07411-5909917 Budget Reserves-Capital Projects.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached public transportation grant agreement (FPN 452862-1-94-01, contract number G2102), grant agreement resolution and associated budget resolution for the Airport’s purchase of the ramp sweeper.
