BRIEF OVERVIEW
Victoria and Kenneth Foust were the officers of K&V Real Estate with Victoria Foust signing the land lease for 16050 Aviation Loop in 2007. They were also both officers of the business R&R Garage Doors, Inc., which is located at 16050 Aviation Loop Drive. Victoria and Kenneth Foust have both passed away without a will. Through the probate process, the business will be passed on to Mr. David Pelletier. The Resolution is to terminate the Ground Lease Agreement with K&V Real Estate. The Notice of Termination form is attached as Exhibit A and will be sent to K&V Real Estate’s last known address, as required.
Mr. David Pelletier will do business as R&R Garage Doors, Inc., at the 16050 Aviation Loop Drive address. He will operate under a Limited License and Right Of Entry Agreement until a new Ground Lease can be issued to R&R Garage Doors, Inc.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
There is no financial impact.
LEGAL NOTE
Reviewed and approved for form and sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office. The Board is authorized to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statute.

It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached Resolution and authorize Steve Miller’s signature on the Notice of Termination.
