BRIEF OVERVIEW
At the September 2, 2025, Board meeting, the Board denied rezoning application H2520. Resolutions approving and denying H2520 had been drafted prior to the hearing. After rendering its decision, the Chairman signed the prepared resolution denying H2520; however, it did not contain the findings the Board actually made at the hearing.
A corrected Resolution 2025-147 is attached. After it is signed by the Chairman, it will supersede the one signed on September 2, 2025. Additionally, the corrected Resolution 2025-147 is nunc pro tunc to September 2, 2025.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
There is no financial impact.

The Board has the legal authority to approve correction of a prior resolution pursuant to Ch. 125, Fla. Stat.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached corrected Resolution 2025-147 so that Board’s actual findings are reflected in the said resolution.
