BRIEF OVERVIEW
Sentinel Services Group, LLC, desires to enter into a 5-year lease for the Corporate Hangar located at 16312 Flight Path Drive with rental rates for each year of the term as specified below.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Airport will receive revenue paid in equal monthly installments, along with any other required taxes and fees, in the amounts stated below and recognized in:
Fund: 4311 - Airport/Industrial Park, Account: 3620024 - Lease-Airport Hangars.
LEGAL NOTE
This Board is authorized to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

It is recommended the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached Corporate Hangar Lease Agreement with Sentinel Services Group, LLC for the lease of the Corporate Hangar located at 16312 Flight Path Drive.
