The Board anticipates that Chairwoman Elizabeth Narverud will be temporarily unavailable to preside over its meetings. Therefore, it is being requested to explicitly authorize Vice-Chairman Brian Hawkins to execute documents on the Board’s behalf if Chairwoman Narverud is absent.
This resolution shall take effect immediately.
