BRIEF OVERVIEW

The recipients below received a second mortgage loan funded through Hernando county’s State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program for either down payment assistance or housing repair.  Payment was received for the loans and a Satisfaction of Mortgage for each is presented for Board approval:

 

•                     Claudia M. Pereira-Fernandez - 1177 Newcomb Ave., Spring Hill - in the amount of $16,275.00

•                     Loiana M. Garbacki - 2499 Matheson Ave, Spring Hill - in the amount of $20,000.00

•                     Mikayla R. Manning - 9211 Bladon St., Spring Hill - in the amount of $22,395.00

•                     Cathleen Miller - 9251 Chase St., Spring Hill - in the amount of $21,981.50

 

Funds in the amount of $40.00 were also collected to pay for the cost of recording.
