The developer, Cabot Citrus, LLC, has posted a performance bond in the amount of $5,826,722 to secure the related subdivision improvements and a second performance bond to secure the off-site utility improvements in the amount of $1,130,184.

It is recommended that the Board approve the final plat for Cabot Citrus Farms Phase 1 and accept the performance bonds placed by the developer for the on-and-off-site improvements in accordance with the Hernando County Code of Ordinances
