BRIEF OVERVIEW
Duke Energy has requested a utility easement on County property within the Wolfswood Holdings, LLC leasehold, located at 15741 Technology Drive. The purpose of the utility easement is to allow for the maintenance, repair, and operation of electrical lines to ensure adequate service within the Corporate Air Park.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Airport’s revenue will not be impacted.

The Board is authorized to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.
