BRIEF OVERVIEW
In 2022, the Board approved a study by HCP Associates to complete Strategic Plan for Tourism, with recommendations for destination development. The plan has been completed and approved by the Tourist Development Council (TDC). Staff will present a summary of the plan along with recommendations for approval by the Board.
