BRIEF OVERVIEW
Due to construction procurement process, a one-year extension to the expiration date of the Recreational Trails Program Agreement with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection is requested. This will allow for the completion of the proposed trail and overlook amenities at Peck Sink Preserve.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on attached Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. T1914 with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the Peck Sink Trail and Overlook improvements.
