BRIEF OVERVIEW

One vacancy exists on the Library Advisory Committee due to the resignation of Sandra Williams, effective March 5, 2025.

 

A news release was issued accepting applications from individuals interested in serving as a member on the Library Advisory Committee.  As a result of the news release, two applications were received from Michael Lamberti and Kevin Monty Floyd.  The applicants have been verified as being residents and registered voters in Hernando County.

The Board is authorized to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes and Section 17-43, Hernando County Code of Ordinances.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Board review the following applicants and appoint a member to the Library Advisory Committee, effective until December 31, 2028.
